A Licensed Optician is someone who has completed a two-year collegiate Ophthalmic Dispensing program and has successfully passed an Ophthalmic Dispensing examination. A Licensed Optician is able to look at your face and your prescription and pick out the appropriate type of frame that will not only make you look good, but also serve your vision needs.

Our team will assist you in finding the perfect pair that matches your style and enhances your vision. The Optician also knows the appropriate lens type and material for your frame shape and prescription. If the wrong lenses are used with your prescription, it could induce blurry vision, headaches, and glare issues. In addition, they take proper measurements to fit your lenses into your frame. If this is performed incorrectly or by someone without the proper experience, it causes blurry vision, eyestrain, neck pain and fatigue.
